Welcome to Bittyswap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bittyswap mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Bittyswap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
To use Bittyswap, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
Not be located in, or a citizen/resident of, any country under sanctions or restrictions
You must create an account to use Bittyswap services. You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Be fully responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
Bittyswap may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to comply may result in limited access to services or account suspension.
Bittyswap provides the following services:
Crypto mining (BTC, USDT, USDC)
Wallet storage and management
Referral program with multi-level commissions
Crypto-to-crypto exchange (if applicable)
Service availability may vary by region and is subject to change.
Bittyswap offers a multi-level referral program. You may earn commissions based on your referrals’ mining activity:
Level 1: 1% of mining rewards
Level 2: 0.1%
Level 3: 0.01%
Referral rewards are credited to your USD wallet balance and may be used within the platform.
We reserve the right to amend or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
Some services may include fees, which will be disclosed clearly before you complete a transaction. By using Bittyswap, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
You agree not to:
Use Bittyswap for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or damage our systems
Use bots or automation to abuse mining or referral functions
Post or transmit any harmful or inappropriate content
Violation of these terms may lead to immediate suspension or permanent ban.
All content, branding, and technology used in Bittyswap are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
Bittyswap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bittyswap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in-app or on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
